Sustained casing pressure (SCP) is a common problem during an entire life span of oil and gas wells. When conventional methods are deployed to resolve the issue, seem have some setbacks by being unable seal microcracks in wellbores. A new solid-free resin sealant was developed increasing amount active hydrogen curing agent. This low-temperature cure results low viscosity, excellent mechanical properties, chemical stability. The experimental show that can be used at temperatures ranging from 20 50 °C, time controlled within 0.25 h agent content. viscosity reduced 35.7 Pa·s less than 0.065 with addition reducer, which greatly promote penetration into cement sheath. After 24 curing, compressive strength reach 55 Mpa, significantly higher cement. With increase reducer content 0% 25%, elongation demonstrates remarkable rise, 1.9% 18%. 20% caused significant decrease permeability 46.3% as compared Additionally, sealing attained impressive value 14.7 Mpa. miscible slurry, improves tightness, reduces permeability, wellbore annulus ability.
